Robert Campbell I first met Bobby at Loma Vista and would best describe him as friendly and energetic to say the least. CVHS for him was no different and was the perfect approach to experiencing life and the counter cultures of the bay area. We all generally survived the late 60's and 70's, following on our own schedules and circuitous paths. Bobby finally emerged and found his meaning for living and married a wonderful lady. A comment from a fellow classmate and contractor, Gordon Griffith described him best; "Bobbie had a good heart, he was always happy and loved a good laugh. Years ago seem like yesterday and memories of times we shared in our youth are still clear. He will always be loved and missed by those of us who knew him." Bob Briscoe

Merritt Capossela A short bio covering 35 years since CVHS '67. I graduated from UC Berkeley in engineering, got married (now have four children, three grown). Have had two career changes (started in engineering and am now in human resources). Obtained a masters degree along the way. Have lived in five places in the US and two overseas. Would like to semi-retire but can't afford it. So much has changed in the past 35 years (in the world and in my life). Two things that have impacted me the most are life's experiences and people (in both positive and negative ways). Williamsburg, VA

Paul Cincotta Paul was my college roommate for 4 years at UC Berkeley. He was a mechanical engineering major, graduated in '72 and was commissioned in the Navy as a Salvage and Diving officer (remember he was on the swim team in CVHS). He participated in the Navy's cleanup efforts at Enewetak Atoll, and also in the recovery efforts of the commercial airliner that lost it's cargo door off Hawaii. Don't know what he did after his stint in the Navy but he now lives outside San Diego with his wife, and parents and sister who moved down there near him. Unfortunately you can't communicate with him via email as incredibly even though he was an engineering major, he doesn't own a computer. - Nat Martino

Barbara Clause Bartholomew After graduation I went to work at the Naval Weapons Station in Concord where I met my husband and spent the next 27+ years of my career. We married in 1973 and raised our children in Clayton, before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in the little Norwegian town of Poulsbo in 1996. My husband is the Human Resources Director for the Navy for the Pacific Northwest Region and I retired from government service 3 years ago with 31 years of service. I am now working as an office manager at the local elementary school and love my new 2nd career. We have a son 24 who is living in San Diego where he relocated after graduating from Washington State University two years ago. Our daughter is 19 and headed to Wash. State University this fall. We have been married for almost 29 years and enjoy traveling and exploring the Northwest as well as a little golf now and then. Poulsbo, WA

Dar Lynn Coffee Spent a couple of years at DVC, married and moved to Texas, then Louisiana. Returned to the Bay Area seven years later after a divorce. Owned a beauty shop in the Sierras, a children's consignment store in Auburn, then joined the Navy at 32 years old. Took college classes while married and while in the Navy. Relocated to Oregon in 1986, and back to school at Pacific University/Occupational Therapy. Moved back to the Bay Area and worked in the Contra Costa County hospital in Martinez for three years. Later, I joined a traveling therapy agency and traveled to Connecticut, Georgia, Louisiana, Florida, and finally landed in Southern Oregon. I had a video store and later took an opening as a mental health case manager. I'm now living in Southern Oregon with a great guy (private investigator), I am a case manager part time, and making quilts for sale and charity in my little quilt studio. We live on 37 acres, with three ponds, ducks, geese, two dogs, (no-kids - his three are grown), and enjoying the seasons and "down-sized" living. Nothing fancy, but happy in this place. O'Brien, OR
